the ball i have now is a destroyed T90, its horrible, and my shoes have huge holes in the soles, im going to buy some new gear today, ill let you know what it is when i get it, probably a nike ball and adidas shoes

Can someone tell me if the UMBRO DIAMONDBACK indoor shoes are good enough for freestyle?? i will post the photos later so u can tell me. and can someone tell me how much air in the ball is best? hard ball or soft or medium ??? thanks! :bowdown:
