Its pretty hard to decide this, wherever i see a ball i wanna juggle it!
Its likely i would like to know if you will be able to quit this amazing sport someday.
In my case.. i think i wont be able to quit it, just till my legs broke while juggling the ball or something.
So would you quit?

When Tom folan grows taller than me.
Thats the only thing i have on him at the moment.
Tom, ive sed it before and ill say it again, Yeh you can do way crazier than combos than me, but atleast i can get on all the rides at alton towers.

It's very difficult to say, because freestyle football is still at his beginning, and we could consider ourselves as the "1st generation of freestylers", so we can't really say when to stop freestyling. For example: most professionnal footballers stop playing professionnally at the age of 38-40 (?), because there have been so many footballers who have had to stop it, because they weren't fit enough anymore. In freestyle however, we're all mostly young, nobody has ever become as old that he got injured du to his age, or that he wasn't fit enough anymore to freestyle efficiently. Of course you still can juggle at the age of 60, but this hasn't much to do with freestyle anymore. We only know from Abdullah or Mr. Woo (how old are they?) that you won't need to stop freestyling at the age of 25. So lets find it out! I think when you get a job, a family and a house etc., the majority of us would stop/give up freestyling, because of a lack of time.
Personally, I'm thinkin of freestyling maximally until the age of 28-30 years.

I'm not going to quit freestyle. But maybe something would make me so. I have a goal, when I reach that goal, maybe then I'm going to quit freestyle. But anything can happen, for example broken legs, freestyle getting forbidden or maybe i will find it useless and become a fatass. But I hope the last case will never happen, that would be really sad.

It's not faggy to go out and freestyle even though you're grown up. Most grown up freestylers are good so it doesn't look stupid, but if a sucky 30 year old guy would go out and practice it might look weird.

Hm, as for me, i hope i`ll be able to be in hardcore freestyle with fast progress at least till about 25 years old.. And i also hope that in this age i will achieve all my aims about my own freestyle and i`ll become a freestyle coach (not important i will be my main job or just an extra job), but i think i`ll be able to give all my experience to a young freestylers because after more and more monthes of my freestyle practicing i more and more often realise how many mistakes i made during developing my skills... And of cource when i`ll leave hardcore freestyle i`ll still go out 1-2 tims a week and redo all combos because i dont want to lose all my skills :)

And ARS, I think you have a good goal by helping beginners. I've recieved alot of help from when I was a beginner and it has helped alot.

Hehe. I don't say Recce is a fag, but I'd thought it look weird if a guy in the 30s would go out in the street and practice freestyle.

all u youngsters should take that advantage, so u dont have to train as hard wen ur in uni. thats if ur trying to be really good.

After I graduate in 2 years, when I'm headed to grad school I would imagine... My spare time then would be spent in maybe a 1 night a week indoor league, but thats about all I'll have time for.

Same here, college takes a lot of my time. :down: I want to see all of you practicing a lot when you get 2-3 5 page papers every week to do.
Same goes for the ones who say: Freestyle is life. If it is, you're fucked up. It's a hobby, nothing more. Unless you make a living out of it.

Im not far off that the way im going.............but I have stopped doing tricks for months and months then started then stopped..........but i love this shit.

we all will eventually stop.....i got patella tendinitis which is a fucked knee from freestyle (its often called "jumpers knee" i got it from crossovers repetative landing on one knee) and when this happened i couldnt play soccer at all and so i had to rethink my priorities, to freestyle for maybe 2 years till i was completely screwed or play other sports and take up other hobbies as i go so that my knee heals.....so i choose to quit freestyle...but i still come here to get my daily fix of hardcore combos :cheers:
