the main reason why united state's take's soccer as a secondary sport... I mean, who else would play in an american football court adapted to play soccer... its just stupid, instade of making a 18 meter goal you can make a 20 yard goal...and even the players will notce the lenght of the freekick,...
just embarrasing, they pay millions for famous players to fomentate soccer in their country, but they just cant pay other millions to construct soccer courts... that is completly stupid... and sorry if someone on this forum who lives in the united states contradict me... its just my way of thinking it...

That's a bit harsh. I'm sure if Americans wanted to build stadiums, it would be one of the top 10 stadiums in the world - facility-wise.

I said it didn't make sense. I'd sound like a fool answering a question that is just as foolish as the answer would be.. But how about this.. I live next to soccer complex with 23 very nice fields, with as stadium for a USL 2 team, Real Maryland. Their are thousands upon thousands of soccer fields in the US, that's not the problem. People just don't play or like it like they do elsewhere. Big names are bought hoping to bring attention to soccer in the states. Stadiums don't attract people, the game or players do. If I didn't answer your question fire again..

the mls has gotten a lot better. it's not on like world-beater status, but it's not that bad to watch...unless you're watching the galaxy. i want to gouge my eyes out when i watch the galaxy. it's mostly david beckham playing perfect, 60 yard, cross-field, straight balls and having someone like peter vagenas fuck it up, or landon donovan receiving a ball, sprinting past two people, and scoring.
