have any of you guys tryd to freestyle in the morning and it was sorta hard...mostly taking about lowers...cause when i wake up i go to try and do some lowers and its like my muscles are tight but as the day goes by around afternoon ish i find it easier is it just me or others feel the same??

nope, in the morning once i have had some food and been up for maybe an hour ish I am awake and can go freestyle.

ic ic, u dont find that ur flexibility is any less in the morning then what it is later in the day???

I often do pretty good combo's in the morning,
But when I'm really early in the morning, then I have to warm up a bit longer than usual..
But I don't care that much.. in the morning or afternoon!

maybe if u have a hangover....or dint sleep....

It depends on how long you slept. If you don't sleep at all in the night you'll probably be very tired and will do bad. If you slept alot and eat a nice breakfast you'll probably do alot better. Then you're fully restored.

i think thats true!
becuase when i am at meetings with brizze and those danish fags, then i dont sleep at all because they are throwing balls and shoes in my head in the night becuase i am snoring.. and then in the morning i suck so hard..

u say it, a good breakfast is the important thing one too freestyle good in te morning :banana:

it has nothing to do with the time of day really, but more how tired you are and how much warm up you have done. everything is harder to do if you are tired. it is possible that it would take less time to warm up your muscles in the afternoon than the morning, because you have walked around during the day warming up your muscles some. if you are warmed up and not tired it should be the same no matter what time you do it.

freestyle in morning is good, when you warm up,,,unless you were drunk when you went to sleep :biggrin:

Me and PWG tried once 5 or 6 in the morning and I think my level at that practice was equal to my level 10 months before it, if you get me hehe. Never tried it again since then!

i can never fs in the morning and sometimes at night i cant do uppers my neck kills
but if ur up for like 30 min and eat u shud be fine

i can't do anything in mornings. i'm a fuckin zombie in mornings, just lingering about, barely thinking about anything else besides going back to sleep. or getting food.

yeah i hate mornings i know i can't gte anything good so it's pretty mucha warm up in the morings if i go outside to fs
the only thing i can do in the mornings is sitdowns :nopity:

i agree with u
sometimes i'll go out around 9 ish and try do lowers and it takes ages to warm up and i dont get anything
but if i wait a few hours and try freestyle it goes a lot better
i guess its all about warming up ur muscles

yea, ive never FSed in the morning unless i absolutely have 2.

yeah i feel numb like i cant feel my muscles but i cant use my legs aswell and if i dont have any breakfast and go out and freestyle i feel sick and dizzy

nope, in the morning once i have had some food and been up for maybe an hour ish I am awake and can go freestyle.
same here but i get up about 11 in the morning and dnt gout for about 2 hours then i will have summert eat to give me energy
oh yh make sure stretch thats why you might feel tight in the morning :thumbsup:

i have to agree with you guys... morning freestyle isnt good :)
but one time i came home from a club completely drunk at 5:00 am and slept for like 3 hours and then went out for freestyle i did some really crazy shit. strange situation.

i love morning FS, i dont get the time to practice in the afternoon because i have football training, skateboard practice, break dance practice, aikido practice..... so i get up at 5 am most day and practice for 1 hour before i go to school at 7 :banana:
what 5am? lol so early

y dont u just stick 2 a few things and get good at them instead of being intermediate in alot of things(like i use 2 do)

I think that it isn't harder to freestyle in the morning.
The only thing is that you have to do a longer warming-up because your musles are very cold.

I find it to hard..when you warm up its ok but your skills arent as good as in evening..

After breakfast, I usually don't have problems with fs. But sometimes, when it's really early, I need a longer warming up to loosen up my muscles.
