btw
stop the video at 1.56 and check the difference in body size between dan magness and Kwon

watched this vid earlier on youtube and i thought throughout the whole vid that it was the most inspirational vid i've ever seen. and when i now saw this vids thread i was just gonna check in to read the comments and then the word inspirational stands below the vid... i just think that says it all!

love it! he's a true hero and legend.
