I don't even know what it was the person video taping said they weren't going to do it anymore and so that's what came out on the last attempt...i was trying to progress in difficulty and so i didn't even get to try some of the cooler tricks and i got my eyebrow pierced the day before so i was limited on uppers. I'll make a better one when i go back home.

nice shoulder roll, very smoth. btw on ur neck stalls try looking down a little so it can actually rest on  ur neck
