Arms moves r natural, the more u get consistent with ur tricks the less ur arms move.

basically what legend said. the easier the tricks become come, and the less you strain to do them the less movement will be in your arms. just practice more and more. i recommend not thinking about your arms, because you miss the trick more often.

Jorden Moir (a footbag freestyler) made a great video on this topic
I checked his channel and now it's gone, so I'll uplaod it to vimeo and put a link here when it's done

Never Mind, seems I don't have it

You could try and put your hands in your pockets for some of the more basic tricks, so your get the feel having your arms by your side.

not really, bevs has bcome really consistant but he still waves his arms like crazy.

just relax wen u do any trick. its not the end of the world if u dont land it on first go.
anyway, dont worry about it, every1s arms move a bit, urs just a bit more...so who cares.

The best thing is that you KNOW that you wave with you arms like a idiot. As long as you know about the problem, the style will be better. it's to many tards out there thinking they have good style when they absolutly dont have any style at all.

I used to have the same problem, but when I became aware of it, I took my favourite freestyler (Palle), watched MANY videos of him and studied he's style. After that I practiced on that style, and now I always hear that I have an awesome style ;)

tom is right.. be aware of your own style... then its easier to fix the problems...

i think most wave the arms more on harder tricks..
if you wave your arms on every single trick.. maybe you should practice them more before you put em into combos...

its nothing wrong whit moving your arms btw.. if it looks natural. cause the hands keep u have a nice ballance hehe...
if you wave so much that the tricks looks hard for you.. then its too much, in my opinion.

i would like to see someone do patw whit no arm movement hehe

(the arms shoot power into some tricks. abit like some fighters get fource from the legs trew their hole body and into a punch ;) )

well, personally i think it's a bit about your balance too, but that will come naturally as you get better with the tricks. but also balance training could help i think ..

well i have the same problems a few weeks ago but im still manige to keep my arms down the best advice is that you manige to perfect your combos and watch your flos in the computer then you have the chance to correct the style and create your own and then have a natural position will your doind hatw and atw in combos
