Any idea how i can download youtube videos and use them in Sony Vegas? Preferably in good quality of course.

In high quality ,i think that not is possible , but if u can download videos frm youtube ,there's random software for do it and maybe Sony Vegas dont accept .AVI so u gotta change to MPG or WMV ;)

Very easy, fast, and in good quality as well: go to www.keepvid.com, enter the link of the video of YouTube that you want to download. Then right click the "›› Download ‹‹ (video.mp4 - High Quality)" and then "Save target as". Then you just need to import the video to Sony Vegas and that's it. :thumbsup:

That didn't worked for me but thanks anyways. I found a way that works temporarly, i'll see if it's good enough.

pretty sad that vegas won't accept such a common file type.
my vegas accepts it but when i import all the audio is gone.
