Title: Light effect - After effects (Video)

I made this tonight, taking bits from a tutorial slightly similiar, I love it :D

(will take 5 minutes to process)

I'm gonna try make one where the light goes infront and behind the text, would be much better.

Nice dude, but I can barely see the text. Is it suppose to be like that?

Nice, but I agree with Borg. I think you should make the rear graphic a bit bigger so it's easier to read the text when it goes behind it. Either that or change the text color... that would ruin the purpose of the moving rear graphic however.

Thank both, the main concept is the light streak thing, and I just put the text in at the end as an idea, and I agree it doesnt show up much, I made another where the text is white/glow and with a lower opacity, looks better :)

Ill help you out with, 'registering' ;)

I used a plugin called particular, its like the industrys main plugin for that type of thing (i.e. particle flow), this whole effect takes probably about half an hour to produce after knowing how to do it, it's semi complicated.
