-

Never heard about anything like this mate.. I'm sorry to hear
Best of luck with freestyling, I'm glad you are trying it out :D
PM me if you have any question!

Go 2 the doctors ;)
If they dont do nothing have a hott bath mate hope yoo get well :P

I've had this one time. It's really weird; it felt like I had a split in my heel somehow. Just stay off it for a few days and it should get better. Try not to push off your foot too strong so you don't stretch that heel. Good luck!

thanks for the reponses, ill take the advice and ill rest a few days and ill take advil and such then ill get back to freestyling

I'd suggest some R.I.C.E. therapy (rest, ice, compression, elavation) and a visit to a doctor, hopefully a sports injury specialist.
Take care!

yo it might be growing pain. I had the same thing. You have to buy Oscon on the internet. Search it at google. It worked on me! O0

This coulda been from ur shoes alotta people get pains in their heel cuz of the shoes
Try gettin an ankle brace, and giving your heel a rest from alot of movement, if you keep on freestyling whiel your heel is hurting it could get worse...wouldnt want that to happen lol

how logical is it that you ask for medical advice from a bunch of freestylers?
if there's something wrong with you and you don't know what it is.... go see a bloody doctor. it's common sense m8.

great post Owen. :santa:

Adi's advice is nice and easy, just ice it, rest, and it should go away. Minor pain like that for me always happens, but it goes away with time.
