There is needed for some tricks to swing your leg very high, but i can swing my leg hardly to my waist. Shall I undergo any excercisings? :dontknow:

dude only for magellan you need to swing your leg high, and it's just practising i think. just like with the atw-muscle it needs to be trained before you can do many atws

:hello:if you cant swing your leg to your waist then i think you do need to to exercise your leg muscles to make them more flexible :lol:

do the spiderman stretch every day, it will loosen up your hips. Also do lunge stretching.
I tore my hip flexor and these are exercises I had to do in rehab to loosen up my hips after healing and prevent future injury

im injured now, cuz i've done alot of latw's and something like that, and now, everytime i wanna do combos or just 2 or 3 atw's, then it really hurts. Its my atw muscle. Anyone know was i should do? i've been injured for 2 months now, and it has not been better.
please help
