Title: hard or soft ball

how hard or soft should you have a footbal so that it is easiest to do freestyle? most videos i have seen, the ball seems to be very hard, is this the right way?

Hi there,

Usually soft balls are better suited for freestyle purposes. However, some guys prefer to freestyle using a hard ball. That's just a matter of preference.

However, if you're just starting out to learn to freestyle, then I would suggest you go with a soft ball.
