Title: How to add number for my football shirt.

I've bought a Manchester City football shirt online http://www.tshirtinuk.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=2617 (http://www.tshirtinuk.com/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=2617), without name and number. Now, I want to add a number.   What's the material of the printed number on the Premier League football shirt this season? It is flocking or offset printing？ Where can I add number for it?
