Sup? Is this forum still alive?

Great thread Onas! I will be making some major contributions. I haven't watched yours yet, but I'll leave a few of mine first. I'll then tell you what I think.
Bruce Lee Vs Chuck Norris- The Way Of The Dragon (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bxisdu-0_A#ws)
Bruce Lee vs Chuck Norris :undecided:
Tony Jaa & Capoeira (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rEbm7D1L_tA#ws)
Tony Jaa vs Lateef Crowder
Lethal Weapon - Riggs - Joshua Fight.wmv (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6eJ2-xczWDc#)
Mel Gibson vs Garey Busey: Riggs by triangle choke :great:

Fatal Contact fight is sick! I love the elbow strikes!
Donnie Yen vs Jing Wu is a solid weapons scene. I prefer hand to hand, but very good choreography there. To be 100% picky, the bladed weapon should be a huge advantage. He should just cut the arm of his attacker, not try to strike the body. However, it's just a movie, and it did it's purpose. Great fight scene.
2nd Fatal Contact fight- Good fight, but I wanted the guy in the Arsenal jacket to get beat
Never Back Down- Ok fight scene. MMA doesn't always translate to film well. This is an example of it.

Haha, Chuck vs Bruce (Y)
Those capoeira moves look pretty cool, but unfortunately, I heard its not much efficient when it comes to defending yourself. But Anderson Silva has a yellow rope from capoeira, so I might give it a shot in the future haha

I know some parts of that fight scene are fake as shit lol, but still its one of my favourites. I think that music is probably what makes the scene so good.

this might not be one of the best fight scenes when it comes to the fight itself, but somehow I like the atmosphere and Oasis playing in the background

Bourne movies are full of good fights imo, but this one was the most amazing one

Not really my favourite fight, but it has amazing choreography

Official Crazy 20 second Capoeira MMA Knock Out in HD Best Quality (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0KfQE2-ZqA#)
This guy would disagree with you.

Tbh, I dont really know why I said that lol, I just meant (my kickbox trainer told me that) that he personally knows some capoeira masters and they are actually good fighters, but it takes a lot of time to reach the level where you can use it in a fight efficiently. Well, he said something like that lol.

Good fight scene imo, although I hate all those flips from Boyka, they are just cheap. Also dont get how the Brazilian managed to set up that armbar at 0:59.

This is what I'll say, There are much less exotic styles that will get you fairly competent at fighting quicker than capoeira. Also, capoeira has fallen victim to being more of an art than a combative martial art to many. There are many capoeira practitioners that practice with no interest in using it in a combative form. However, as this MMA fighter shows, the techniques are real, and they are extremely effective when done properly. Lateef Crowder is legitimate as well. He just doesn't compete in actual competition.

Youve been practising capoeira too?
Anyway, I will try to recollect some more good fights. I could post some more with Donnie Yen, coz like any fight he is in is a quality one, but Ill try to post something different.

Nothing can ever beat Kurt Sloane vs Tong Po
