Not bad, not bad... I wish there was a little more freestyle for motivation and less weights, but I get the idea.  Nice work. :13:

Wow, just by the exercises shown you can really tell you have no idea what you're doing in the gym. At least your freestyle is at a high level, good job on that. :PDT_Armataz_01_37:

Good video, interesting assembled. It' good that appeared he freestyle actions and  scenes from the gym.
