Title: Performance products for Freestyle
Post by: Adi on Dec 08, 2012, 09:25: AM
Hey guys, one of my mates is offering some performance products through Herbalife. Top of the range stuff for freestyle performance and muscle building.

If you're looking for an edge check out www.nutsnutritionhub.co.uk (http://www.nutsnutritionhub.co.uk) or email him directly if you want it a bit cheaper: jnuts3@yahoo.co.uk.

Feel free to also chat about products in general in this thread.

No offence, but Herbalife is a bunch of overpriced crap. There's a reason why their targeted market is the average joe who doesn't know much about supplements.

How does it aid freestyle?

Performance in general.  So if you freestyle for a 1-2 hour session you could take the supplement to help replenish your body and reduce the amount of time your body needs to recover. Not specifically for freestyle but performance.

I guess if you can't get it all from food for what ever reason, this would be a good option.

The thing is you can't for the most part. Now, it's not 100% necessary, but most top athletes take supplements of some kind to improve performance. You can get the majority of what you need from foods, but supplements are often a good way to get all the proper nutrition. For example, try to find a body builder that doesn't take creatine. It's almost a necessity to be a good body builder. I recommend you do alot of research no matter what supplement you are interested in using. There are many that are just rip offs, but there are still several that are very helpful.

Its all total crap. I have had meetings with Herballife and done extensive research into their products and there is nothing special about them what so ever and even if their were it I hate the way in which they are doing pyramid selling like with this guy on the forums friend. He will make nothing like the thought and the people that give him stock to sell will be making a small margin of profit from him and making it sound like a good deal and that he can work his way up the ranks and be earning serious money in less than a year.... which is complete rubbish and even if you managed to shift that much stock it would take up literally all your time.

Yeah, I agree with you.  I've never been a fan of this type of marketing/selling, but still wanted to help out my friend a little.
