Title: Busking place in Madrid? It's legal in Spain?

In madrid are good places for busking?
but in barcelona? Bilbao, Sevilla, other? Please help me if you can! I need for December
i wanna know if it's legal, if you have some place where is legal like in Prague!

I'm from Alcorcón ( near city to Madrid - 13 km ), some times make money in Puerta del Sol ( with freestyle football ), it's one of the most visits places in Madrid and only in one time the police told us that we can't stay here. But others persons singing in here, making money. I think that isn't illegal, but I know very well
