Yes, i know the 2008 elections for the next american president doesn't interest many of the folks on here that are not living in america, but i just thought it would be good to make a thread as the iowa caucuses was tonight....obama won for the democratic party and huckabee won for the republicans
any thoughts or hopes or dreams for the next president? who do you want to win it?

In my oppinion your statement is very offensive towards white people, mexicans and asians, but then again I'm not sensitive so honestly I couldn't care less, just feel like making a point

its gonna be close but im thinking obama as well. im not sure america is ready for a woman and im not sure she could handle it yet either.

i think she can handle it, from the time she has spent in the senate and being side by side with her husband as he was president i think she knows how things run in the government, i think obama will have a harder time with this as he has only been in the senate for about two years...but his speech the other day was just incredible

I really hope she doesn't win. America needs change and either one of the Democratic candidates will bring that to the table. Obama seems to be the better option if you ask me. The only thing that may hurt him is his lack of experience.
If Hillary is the candidate for the Democrats, I think the Republicans will win it again. Hillary is a bit too crazy if you ask me and the majority of the US will not go with her. Obama on the other hand might have a better chance of beating the Republican candidate.
