Now, why exactly would you die from this? I'm actually pretty sure that it wouldn't even be pleasurable anymore after half that many times. I would just think he'd have a severely chaffed dick. The only things I could see causing him to die from this would be either dehydration or heart failure from so many orgasms. Neither of them seem that likely, but very strange story.

I kind of thought it was fake. I don't really see how anyone could die from wanking it unless they have heart problems. In that case, it wouldn't have taken 40xs
