which of the above two styles in uppers is more harder roller coasters or body tricks??
my opinion is body tricks because they are harder to master with good style and control.... and more importantly many freestylers THESE DAYS are so much into rollers and shit that the importance and value of body tricks has become very less...

Compare the amount of freestylers who are good at body tricks and those who are good at face/head tricks and you'll get your answer.

Rollers are "easy", body tricks are hard

I do not know much of uppers.
but for me the body are more difficult tricks that rollers

Seems like every freestyle kid can do rollers nowadays. Less than have of them can do simple body tricks like 360, so I'd agree that Body tricks are harder.

Also, another thing to consider is that with rollers:
a) you can use momentum
b) a lot of rollers being performed aren't performed as clean as they should (yet, they get the same response, much like with lowers)

for me its more difficults rollers

body tricks > rollercoaster . the roller coaster is ONE trick I don't get why ppl don't get that . aproll , rproll ,etc . instead of focusing on doing 60+ roller casters try to fix those ugly ass arms that everyone uses while doing a chest roll .

different for different people. The reason alot of people are better in rollers is because they train them more because it is whats in fashion at the moment in freestyle. If this question was asked two years ago everyone would say body tricks are easier. It is just because they were what people trained more.

my personel opinion is that rolls are easier because mastering side head stall to side head stall is enough to be good in rolls as well with a little practice... talking about body tricks huh... they take a shit lot of time to get used to... it took me almost 2 months to get good at ATM's watching luki and szymo's atm's daily at slow motion and interpreting how they get that consistency, control and cleanliness.... and even today i'm working on them and i've not been able to master ATM's like them don't know why they're sooooooooooo hard to master.... and talking about 360's, chest rolls and orbitts it's even more difficult i guess that's one of the reason why freestylers are more into rolls... and also there is russian effect
