Title: RBSS- If you were in charge

So, if you were in charge of RBSS what would you make different? What would that difference make?
Get your opinions and thoughts through! Hopefully the RBSS team will see this and take into account.

Don't wanna sound harsh, but this topic is pretty much pointless.

Believe me, they've gotten more than enough feedback on what needs to be fixed over the last 4 years, so even if they do somehow manage to find this thread, it wouldn't get them to make drastic changes to RBSS.

Another reason why it's pointless is because you won't get objective opinions. Of course, we freestylers will look what's best for us, not necessarily looking at the big picture.

I would try to go into a partnership with adidas :)
Making a adidas freestyle ball would be nice!

I would also try to get judges with more freestyle knowlegde.
And not Skiiers that are sponsored by Red Bull. They will always judge after what they think is cool and not the difficulty of the tricks. Off course the judges must judge "coolness" too but they should judge after difficulty in a bigger grade.

I actually think they are doing 90% of the job right.  Think about it... RBSS is huge because they are doing most things right.  They have branded it nicely.  Of course the judging isn't always great so that could be improved.  They could also send more than 1 person to the final from countries where talent is very high.

But overall you gotta give them credit for making this comp so huge.  It's the best branded comp.  While Prague is higher quality and more freestyle oriented, it lacks the branding.

Well, I wouldn't say that they've got 90% of it right, because they've still got two major issues: judging & ball quality. Apart from that, they also have other issues, which vary in importance (but still matter), such as: dodgy qualifiers, ridiculous prizes at the World Finals, undefined rules, etc.

i think they do a great job but why do they send every freestyler a questionnaire survey after the world finals if they dont implement any feedback we give them?
