Title: Video of the Month

We'll start doing a Video of the Month. 

The winner's video will be embedded on the front page of the forum for a week, or maybe even the whole month.

I think the best way to go about it is to have the moderators nominate 5 videos, then we can create a poll for everyone to vote.
