This will be a weekly series of freestyle matchups where we put two freestylers against each other. Post your opinion on who the better freestyler is. Make sure to post your reasons.
Matchup #1: Gautier vs. MichRyc

I would have to choose MichRyc, but not by much. The difference for me is the style. MichRyc is a little more organized. While being creative he keeps his style nice and clean.
On the other hand, Gautier is a little messier. Sometimes he pulls off his moves nicely, but a lot of the time there is something that looks messy. He is more creative than MichRyc, but MichRyc has more airmoves while still being creative.
Also, why does Gautier always wear jeans? I would think it hinders his freestyler. :crazy:

Combos are only hard in jeans, block tricks etc. are actually easier.

Hi guy's, I want to explain for my jean choice. At the moment, to be honest, my level in lowerbody is not ready for compete with the best. So during competition, I prefer to don't use a lot of lowerbody (even if now I can do ahmatw combo, amatw amatw nt, basic combos with htw etc ...) because people can kill me at it ^^ So during competition I want to use my bigger strenght who is blocking, and jean is better for blocking.
But at the moment, during Lp and training I'm just wearing short and never wear jeans, I just use jean during the competition for that reason =)
I start to develop another way of my freestyle at the moment to use more airmoves and hardcore.

You'd be unreal if you combined some top airmoves with your already insane tricks. Keep it up man! :great:

Because it actually has some reasons which are inteeresting to know?
Really hard decision. I love both of them but i'd say technically michryc is quite far ahead, allthough it seems he doesnt show that much variety in competitions anymore

if i could do lowers in jeans id definitely wear them. looks much cooler and more gangsta

I think that MichRyc is an overall better freestyler, but Gautier is awesome and has so much creativety.

lmao!! for me this is unrespectfull... in South Africa Michryc told me that Gautier was his favorite freestyler in the world... both are very good and have very different styles
