Okey, I wanted to announce it more officialy in video or at least some original document but I am affraid it would take so long to get a videos from guys followed so here it is.
I am proud to announce you all the group who is gonna judge the world:
1) Daniel Rooseboom
2) Arnaud Garnier - Séan
3) Rickard Sjölander - Palle
4) Péter Kovács - Petike
5) Tom Folan
Thank you for your attention.

Awesome, best panel of judges ever assembled for any freestyle competition, and much better than last year!! so sick
-
sean? jk is so better! but th rest of judges is awesome.
But lucaso is a boss!
-
Not bad at all! At the moment I am worried though that the competitors list is not looking very exciting. It's good that you have the judges fixed very appropriately though. Good job!
-
Brilliant work Lucaso and fair play to all the judges, no easy task man its a long ass competition.
-
i much prefer Sean to JK, séan knows about all the fsers, he watches every video etc, JK doesnt know any fsers apart from JF and Dan Magness, he has no idea about the community or difficulty level of tricks imo
TF is maybe a bit young, but hes very mature and im sure he will do a professional job too, u cant doubt his ability
-
You need Leha on the panel!
-
yes it would be really interesting having leha there.
-
You guys talk so much shit about Leha it actually says more about you guys than it does about him. I think he's a nice guy. I have a hard time imagining me and him doing anything other than getting along. Then again that might also be because I'm probably almost or just as hated as he is LOL.....

my comment was serious. imo it would be really intresting having him as one of the judges since he judges pure skill at least in lowers. furthermoe i dont talk shit about leha i respect what he has done for russian freestyle and i agree with most of the stuff he is saying on this forum.
-
wow guys i respect Leha so much! lets put him on the judging panel because i only do lowers and i want my szatw combos to be noticed
hes done so much for freestyle haha..
and yeah oli, i think id get along with him too, only coz people usually try their best to get along in real life, like me and u on the forum there was beef then nothing happened
it would be the same with Leha, i doubt he would want to confront people.. he looks like a dweeb anyway lol
-
Although I would prefer to see most of them compete rather than judge and think TF is a bit inexperienced for this role (at least compared to the rest), this is a really well balanced jury panel and a quality one as well. Great work once again Lucaso! ;)
BTW, what happened with Matte Linder?
Leha could maybe judge Sick Three, but that's it.

Everyone says Leha has done much for Russian freestyle, that it's because of him that Russian freestyle is so hardcore and people are progressing so fast. But has any non-Russian freestyler any proof of this? I mean..I haven't seen any of his "infamous" tutorials, or knowledge on tricks? Everything he does here on BF is hating on other freestylers or promoting Russian freestylers. I don't say he doesn't have the knowledge or that I have more knowledge than he has..I just haven't seen any "proof" of it. I'd love to see/read any of his tutorials to prove myself that he really knows fucking a lot! But since they're only in Russian I can't judge it.
-
There were some tutorials of leha posted here. Plus i talk to him on icq so thats my proof dunno about the others. And i still stick to my opinion that it would be INTRESTING having leha as a judge in prague.

exactly my thoughts. even if he has done great things for russian freestyle, it was wrong for him to direct his anger and hatred towards Macca cuz the world was not giving him the respect he deserves, that is very wrong. In my opinion he should stay humble and be more willing to learn than to think he has reached the top from where he can only give orders.
anyway, if leha becomes a judge first he will need to explain to palle why palle's first patw was ground... that is going to be interesting
-
There's no point even considering Leha as a Judge because he has already stated that he does not care for the freestyle community or the competition in Prague.
I don't think TF is too young too judge either btw, Tom is really mature and is obviously a great freestyler, he will be a great judge. It's nice that we have someone like TF who is young but has vast knowledge. It's cool having Daniel and TF on the panel because you have an older judge and a younger judge.

haha aww this touched my heart. I appreciate that I'm very young compared to the other judges, but I don't feel that age comes into it at all. I have very strong opinions on freestyle and a very vast knowledge so im sure I can be a good judge.

you need to have skills to be a good jugde. Not just know about it in theory is my opinion.
when it comes to hard tricks...how can you jugde what is harder then patw and eatw if you cant do any of the tricks.
this Jurie is great i would say. Good mix of everything.
Also when it comes to experts about practicing/training. I would not take advice from someone who had to stop because of health conditions...
Fast improovement is not always good. The result is often injuries or bad style.
-
palle for jugde of hardcore tricks... he is the reason we all are doing them!

just as a sidenote ...in my opinion the best judge is not always the one that knows the most about freestyle.
Offcourse its important , but other things are as important.
- concentration : you have to sit still for a long time , it can get boring after sitting on a chair for many hours looking at the same thing over and over again.
- being honest : you cannot let your mates win
- can you handle the pressure : everybody has an opinion about you afterwards, which is usually not a positive one.
- communication : you have to explain why you judged a certain way (in english usually)

very true, this is hard!

Agreed with everything said here... I am pretty sure it will be hard to get used to other members from beginning but during first day you will start to cooperate like one man... I trust in you all ;)
Btw it is officially announced on website: http://www.freestyleworlds.com/FreestyleWorlds2011////FO_Rules.html (http://www.freestyleworlds.com/FreestyleWorlds2011////FO_Rules.html)

You could've put a bit more effort with their description, each has a bunch of references, so it's not really a difficult task.

Great choice of the judges Lucaso! I'm glad TF got one of the places, he's young yes, but he have been freestyling for a very long time and he knows so much about freestyle and all the tricks so if you ask me he will be a great judge. He was one of the guys that really got me in to freestyle and gave me all the motivation! And I agree with Mrmacca it will be nice to have some young and some older guys in the judge like TF and Daniel :)
