sit down in front of the wall so u dont have to run after the ball too often ;)

i also just started with sits and my tips are: sit in small area (garage) so the ball wont roll away far, stretch your foot, bend your knees and hit the ball on the middle of the foot on the middle of the ball

Start with juggling (both feet). Its always best to practise facing a wall of some sought, so you dont have to go fetch the ball all the time. Once you have mastered juggling, tricks such as htw/cross, and xover should be practised. Practise the single tricks then go onto combos; htw-xover for example.

Dude, theres a freestyle questions thread, why open a new one?

Try and do a crossover i think first, thats the trick i did first on the floor (tbh its the only trick i can do on the floor )
As for just normal kick ups just try do 10 on your strongest foot , once you can get 10 try doing 10 using both feet and go on from there,
