this dvd is the best thing ever.... when i got it i havent watched any other vid on youtube for a while because i could see al the things in highest qualty on the dvd.

I heard Palle did some hardcore lowers aswell. No Skora type of difficulty but still hardcore

Sure they would. There's alot of grounds, sitdowns and uppers to, maybe not as much as lowercombos but still.
