Title: My motivation for FF and some questions my mind is asking me
Post by: XBre4ker on May 22, 2011, 01:17: AM
Hello everyone for my first post and as a FF beginner i have some questions that i'd like to answer to my mind it's been a long time since I loved FF but i didn't keep up with it now after touching the ball watching some vids especially yamato's video : YAMATO FREESTYLE FOOTBALL 2011 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1mASRb08Bw#ws).
I found out that FF is really one of the best anti-stress activities as when only juggling and doing some atw i feel so excited :D thank you in advance.
1.Does FF replace activities such as Jogging?
2.I was thinking of entering a bodybuilding club just to get more strenght ,but i feel it's not a nice combination (i was just doing some abs and chest workout at home)?
3.How do you keep up motivation?

I feel that every question should be on a different post but if you can answer /give personnal feedback on any one it would be nice thank you very much.

3.How do you keep up motivation?
1.Do you mean like cardio? I think you can achieve a higher heart rate with freestyling if your breaks are short.
2.You need to rephrase that if you want an accurate reply. Right now I don't see what you're asking.
3.Usually by watching a video with hardcore freestyle in it. Challenging someone with a similar level to me was probably my best motivation.

1. I wouldn't say it replaces it, I feel I use different muscles when jogging than when I freestyle the football. What Elias said is true too.
2. if you want to build muscles for fs, go fs?
3. Do what elias said, challenge someone, keep competing, enter competitions etc.

Thank you for your replies challenging someone may be a good motivation even finding someone to practice with the same level gotta find one here from Morocco or maybe making a call from the forum is a good idea.
For the second question Yes thinking of building muscles in the same time of practicing FF so i thought it wasn't  a good idea .Anyway I think that the best thing to do is to start from now on and not think so much :D thank you guys !
So it's good hearing that FF can improve your health it sounds goood :)

If you know a lot about diet you can do both, but it's very difficult to keep track.
Good luck with your freestyle.
