I hear these statements from commentators, journalists, fans and even players and managers. Some of them are true, some less than true and some are just plain stupid. Like:
- "Germans never miss penalties"...........ummm yes they do
- "Italian football is defensive minded and boring".......kinda true i guess :015:, but napoli and roma attack a lot
- "Cristiano Ronaldo is a diver".............ok this is 100% true :rolleyes: but still he is not the only one
- "Bend it like Beckham"........yeh he is good....at ummm.....curling freekicks

:017: hmmmm.....i thought it was the fans who were violent. But I know south americans defenders tend to tackle very hard :040: They will get the ball but also be sure to bruise the attacker. I think it is called no-nonsense defending :grin:
Also, I forgot "a strikers tackle" stereotype. This is kinda true but not all strikers tackle bad. Rooney and Raul are good tacklers. But not many more :017:
And yeh Adi Germans are good at penalties and the stats back it up, but they do miss. I saw Ballack sky one over the bar for Chelsea :cheesy: Also, why do you seem to like Germans so much? I thought you are Bosnian.

Bosnia first, Germany second. I lived there when I was younger so I learned to like them.
