i started november 2008, but had injuries for 9 months so i had to stop fs for that time

for the time your practice your style is quite good i believe, respect on not giving up after the injuries
watched this video more than once, i am happy to see people practice lowers but not get distracted by other shit, like motherfucking uppers for example

thank you alex, yeah while i had the injuries i built up a lot of motivation so i knew that i would never give up fs
and yeah lowers is my thing, never had the passion for uppers or sits

hmm, very good, cross ahmatw is my favorite. Also try to do "satw htw nt" to improve satw becouse satw dont look as good as it should looks like ^^

yeah sure, well my satw on wf is the better one since there i use strong amatw so it gets clean enough, but satw on sf is abit slow i agree with you
