Title: Is an effect? how to do with vegas or after effects?

Linde - Freestyle Football (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gzOY3GLGs1E#ws)
appears in most of the video -> 1:23, 0:22, 0:32 ... and more
the corners and edges of the screen makes an effect of'''magnifying glass,'' (I mean the black part of the corners that compresses the screen). I dont know explain it haha
I have seen that this effect is used by many freestylers.
I can do with vegas or affter effects?

its a fisheye lens, its an attachement for the camera not an effect,
but you can mimic it in vegas...it dosent look as good as a real fisheye though...

You can buy them on Amazon or Ebay for like 30 Euro man :)

yeah, first I'll try to do in vegas, if the effect is not good, I'll buy a lens on ebay.  :c017:
