after 3 hours of getting a leg cramp it's still sore. Is there a way to get rid of the soreness?

I don't know about the soreness, but I've heard that bananas prevent cramps from happening or something like that.

you have to eat magnesium and have to drink enough water to prevent cramps... basically eat and drink well :P

stretching a little before and after - kinda helps
i never get cramps in winter time though
