I was wondering has anyone trained so hard they could barely stand anymore?
I did have to do this training thing for my knees and it got to that point today, I've never "achieved" (if that's a good word for it) collapsing.
-
Not really but some days, I train sits till my butt hurts (3-4 hours sitting on the same concrete) so bad that it hurts when i try to sit on my arse again.
I've also done lowers so much that I could barely walk on those days partly coz my right knee is already effed up.
I don't think I've ever collapsed because of training.
-
Most of my training sessions are done like that because I don't train regurally but I want to keep in form so I train for as long as I can.
-
lol that is a good work ethic to have if collapsing in exhaustion is an achievement :040: Usually if I am having fun fsing I would practice for countless hours and I would not feel tired at all. Even right after the training session.....but when I wake up the next morning my legs feel like shit. I always wondered why that happens :017: I think sometimes your really tired but the fun kinda blinds you from this fact.
-
Sometimes (often after dinner) when I freestyle, my body feels completely empty. Then I run inside, desperate after sugar :great:
-
One time (over 2 years ago), I had a hard session and afterwards I got 3 cramps. First in my right thigh, then in my left thigh, and then in my right again.

Russian fsers train for 4-5 hours every day or 6 out of 7 and they are good :D
-
No better way to stay warm while keeper the heater off. :great:
-
Stupid thing to do, I used to do this when I started and I never achieved anything from the sessions because I was so tried.
-
I think its the best thing to do when you come back after a break, when I was injured last autumn my legs were so weak so I felt it was necessary after 3 hours of practice to just do walking htw's around the basketball court untill I could barely do 3/4 lol

i have been trying to keep up the same pace, though not every day cause of soccer, but generally when i'm freestyling... imo is good to freestyle when you are exhausted, cause if then you can achieve something, it's a hell lot easier with fresh legs...

Not quite, i meant that you train till you are exhausted, and then keep on pushing the limits.

stretch after training, your legs won't hurt the next day

this is soooo true, i used to only strech before, now I do both and it takes away a lot of pain/soreness

I was just wondering. Do they really say soccer in finland, instead of football. I thought it was only usa, canada, south africa and australia who called it that. :017:
And yeh I like to continue fsing when i'm tired. Cause then I fall asleep very easily at night
