Title: Superbowl - USA World Cup
Post by: Adi on Feb 01, 2011, 04:37: PM
Anyone doing anything for the Superbowl?

I'm from Dallas and we are hosting it this year.  It's the Steelers vs Packers.

I don't care who wins, and don't care much for football, but I'll be watching.

i'll watch it
too bad patriots didn't make it this year, best team of the season no doubt about that
beating jets 45 to 3 http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/boxscore?gameId=301206017 (http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/boxscore?gameId=301206017) in the regular game, they lost to them in playoff - ridiculous

Chocking man... couldn't believe that myself.  Some teams just know how to step up; Jets are one of those teams.

We've had ice all over Dallas this week.  People thought they'd get 70 degree weather when they heard the Super Bowl was in Dallas, but that's not happening.  We are getting some snow tonight as well.  No work for me the last 3 days because we have 2 inch this ice all over the roads.  Luckily, the weather should clear up Saturday and Sunday.  Sunday should be around 55.  Crazy Texas weather... from 70 to 5 degrees in 2 days lol.

wow that's pretty extreme
we have pretty much the same weather in MA, a lot of snow and icy roads

football is way more fun to watch than baseball imao, i don't get baseball and why it is big in the us
especially here in New England - where everybody wanks either on NY yankees or Red Sox
