ok so any0ne (the best lower style in russia imho) recorded this video for an interview he gave to the russian fs web-site where he shared his thoughts on modern fs and gave tips on how to progress like a russian  :grin: enough said

Sick combo!
Very inspiring stuff in the interview section too! I wish we all can have so much time and dedication to train 10 hours a day like he does.

haha yeah - when i read that i was really impressed - i remember oLi writing somewhere that he once did 14 hours
