nice tutorial. You seem to flick the ball in the air at the end. I thought the last part was a front sidehead - sidehead?
Also, what is a baruzdin roll? You should do more tutorials

lol 45 degree angle
Good tutorial, the following the path thing is a great tip. You should have stressed more on the fact that you should practice back side head quite a bit before practicing the rest.

I think this tutorial is really good.
It explained almost everything so that a guy who doesn't know anything about rollers can just pick up and learn the trick. The roller coaster thing helped me a lot in today's training.
Thank you for such a great tutorial man.

russian samuel told me to learn head to side on both and train head side head side a little - then move on to sideheads learning from weak to strong and later from strong to weak (or vise versa i don't remember ) - then just keep practicing
i used to practice sideheads for lp (i remember in 2 months i got a record of 30 which was very slow progress) in may 2010 i got 200 without practicing them that much - just like couple of times per week

a lot of russians have 1000 or close to 1000 - and it makes sense i guess to be consistent at rolls - i can't know that myself - i don't like rolls and do not practice them since i have decent legs to practice lowers and be happy with that
