for fucks sake...do u literally make a video every day? and just post the video (or actually, don't) without all the crap exuses/false unconfidence...

we all know you don't consider yourself a noob because of the many ridiculous comments you have made claiming to be able to beat rproll records or whatever!

but anyway these uppers were smooth, lacked some variety  but still pretty cool

i don't like rolls mainly because i have ear studs and i don't won't to hurt myself  :grin:

Sorry for going crazy on uploading video guys  :ecomcity:
The reason I'm not fond of this is because my upper level has dropped (as far as I can tell) a lot. This was the first time I trained them in a month and it was only for an hour. This is the best I got. I'm more into lower training now  :grin:. I won't be releasing any new videos February/March. Thanks for comments though.
