Hey guys,
okey it's soon christmas and I'm going to wish me a new camera, do you have anyone to recommend?
a cheap, but it should have HD, and pretty long record time.
any tips? ;)

I just got the Kodak Playsport HD.
ITS GREAT!
you can get a memory card up to 32 GB
its waterproof up to 10ft underwater!
and it shoots in 1080p, 720p 60 frames, and 720p.
its a great little camera.
I HIGHLY recommend!!
oh and i forgot.. it goes for around $150, but if you go to amazon.com you can get it for $114 :)

Your one at the moment, what is wrong with it?
It's just a photocamera, with no batteries, and no memory card! :S
with HD quiality so I can record for maybe 10 minutes... :S

nah im not sorry if i sound like it. I posted about it in equipment in gear when i got it. I was just posting about all the things that i liked about it. i thought you did need help with a camera.

How long does the battery last? And do you know how many hours it can record at the highest quality?

To be honest battery is not that great. I actually bought an extra. It lasts about an hour to an hour and a half. And depending on the memory card it can record alot. I have a 4 GB memory card currently in it and it records about 45 mins on 1080p, and about an hour to an hour and fifteen mins on 720p 60 frames.. which is my favorite setting. But it works with up to a 32 GB memory card so im sure it can go a lot longer.

ya man no problem. thats all i was worried about was the battery too. But you can get an extra battery for really cheap. Other than that i haven't had any problems with it.

Oh, so it's not powered by an inbuilt Li-ion battery? I assume it takes battery packs. That's alright, I guess.

Guys, I was a bit unsure about whether or not this thread belongs in the freestyle equipment & gear or in freestyle help. I came to the conclusion that it belongs in this section, but if you disagree, let me know and why. :)

I will sell someone a JVC HD CAMCORDER 1080p Basically brand new ...ive only used it for 15 mins. I will sell it with all the extras I got with it in its box for only £250....which is well over £100 cheaper than I got it for! :undecided: :undecided: :undecided:

it's the smooth Slow-mo function on any Sony HDR-XR model which your looking at $700-$1,500 US

Canon Ixus 300 HS, amazing camera, shoots great video's, HD, and it records at 240fps! (which is the super-slo mo you guys were on about)
Its only roughly £300 and you can also take amazing stills, as its a camera! Seriously reccomend it ;)
