Title: Training 30 hours a day....
Post by: Onas on Nov 16, 2010, 08:45: AM
OK, I just wondered how some people have time to freestyle like 50 hours a week. I don't care if it'S exhausting, I just don't get how some people have soooooo much time, because I find it impossible when you are attending school.

I used to train that much over the summer, but now with school and it getting dark at 3:45 I haven't trained since my last video.
I'd assume maybe all of them have a job doing fs? And only do lps for cash, that's all I can think of though :/ how often do you train?

It's not possible to train 30 hrs a day! Because a day only have 24 hrs!
But to the point, well, when people train that much, I figure that their take on freestyle is very serious and they want to make a living out of freestyle in the future. Because there's just no way you can do freestyle for more than 4 hours a day and still do well at school (2.5 hrs in college approximately).

Yeah, I just wonder if there are schools in Russia

Yeah, it seems like it's possible only during summer holidays :-/////

on the weekends wake up at 6:00AM and you'll have plenty of time in the morning for lowers.
you can do some uppers at night everyday or maybe even sits.
what time to you go to school?
if it's 7:30
wake up 5:30
fs 6:00AM - 7:00AM. then you have 30 min to prepare and go to school  :great:

Thanx :) But I'm afraid that won't work :-/ I get up at 6:45 AM (I go to bed at 22:30, I want to have like 8 hours of sleep, I heard this is the optimum), at 8:00 AM I get to school. I get home at 5:00 PM on Wednesdays and Thursdays (9 hours/lessons, whatever you wanna call it), at 2:00 PM on Tuesdays (6 hours), at 3:00 PM on Mondays (7 hours) and 12:15 AM on Fridays (4 hours)...so the weekends are good, it's possible to train like 8-10 hours a day, from like 11:00 AM (not earlier, just not to piss my neighbours and it's quite cold outside, I've been ill because of it many times ----> didn't freestyle for several days) and end at 7-8 PM (neighbours again and it's dark and cold outside). Also on Wednesdays and Thursdays, I have 1 free hours in the middle of 9 hours of school, but those are just 2 hours a week and there is almost no place to freestyle anyway. And still I won't get those desirable 50+ hours a week.
And this is the perfect version, I must count in breakfast, lunch, dinner, toilet  , father (divorced parents), occupied cellar (that's the place I usually train) some big tests etc. Sorry for writing this...hmmm...book, Royal, but I just wanted to tell you why exactly your plan probably won''t work for me.
I think if a person X owns a gym or something, then he doesn't have to care about neighbours and weather, so you can get like 4 hours plus each day on the weekends, so maybe that's the reason MP is improving as fuk ;) And if the person X also doesn't attend any school, then NOW he totally owns the situation :)

do your neighbour complain a lot? and if so why are you so concerned about that? do they have a gun or smth? Also cold weather does not make you ill.....thats a myth. Germs make you ill with flu virus.....but i dont know your body so maybe you might be right.
some gyms allow you to pay a fee for a space to train. That is really expensive though if you go regularly.
or maybe push harder in the toilet.....that will save some time  :lol_hitting:

You don't understand the effects of the cold. Our body temperature is about 37 Celcius, anything below that and especially for a long time without proper protection can screw up your defense system, making it easier for any kind of antigen (bacteria or virus) to infect the body.
Basically those bacteria and virus are around you all the time. It just that your defense system is strong enough to resist them. Drops in temperature just make you weaker for infection.

plain and simply
train early, school, train all evening..?
if you can't, because other stuff, then freestyle isn't your priority like other people who train all day

Well, we're quite sorry that we're not as badman as you are, but most people call it respect.

A myth. They just happened to name it 'the cold'? and as Khoa said cold can mess up your defence system.

What do you mean by "freestyle isnt your priority"? Like I should sh!t on school, sleep 5 minutes a day....yeah, sometimes my priority is to eat something or have a great time on the toilet :( ....plain and simply, those people are luckier than me.

It`s hard for all...!!! Nothing in live is soo easy... i have college every week(7:15am to 1:20pm) exept saturday and sunday... I get home like 2 pm every day, then I eat, wait 30 minutes before go to practice some freestyle, i drink a lot of water... then i back to home like at 7-8 pm eat something (whatever) do some college homeworks till 9-9:30pm then I eat something with my family, then i return to homeworks till 11-12:30 pm and have to be awake at 6:00am for college... when i have free time in college i freestyle because i carry my ball everywhere... some times i dont do this, sometimes i go to my girlfriend house (like two days a week) and i dont freestyle, sometimes i do, and my girlfriend is therereading something or doing another stuff... It´s not easy, never is soo easy, dont care if you just freestyle all the day... because practice sports all the day make you body ask for more energy and you have to separate youre time in practicing, eating, re-hydratating, etc

Sorry for my bad english, and hope you get my point... just practice all the time you can is the only way

@Fye respect for organizing your day and finding so much time for freestyle

it's all about sacrifices imao, to practice as much as you want you gotta deprive yourself of certain things, like spending less time with you girlfriend, or not having one at all
spending less time on the forum too

lol its hilarious to hear a little boy talk like that :)
anyways you freestyle when you want or, in some cases, when you can.  I have plenty of time to freestyle but I just dont have the power so I don't. Russians, probably, freestyle because their country has set the bar so high and everyone wants to exceed what someone else does, and they love freestyle a lot **my opinion of that**

Where I live there's been snow outside for the last 3 months. I'm forced to walk 1,5km to get to a gym. And sometimes when I get there, all the areas are completely filled up, because I don't pay to train there :S

i have to ride 40min of public transport and pay 10 euros a month to train... and even then there might be no good spots to freestyle...

lol the only bad thing is that, people might ask you if you wanna play football, and if you tell them nah this ball is only for freestyle that might think you're a cocky bitch.

If freestyle is your priority and your passion than take every opportunity to train..sometimes instead of watching tv or facebooking, practice uppers in your room or something
