Title: Jello
Post by: Tupac on Nov 12, 2010, 01:39: PM
I started training lowers a bit again, it's only once a week and for about 10-15 minutes with nothing serious. But my legs feel like complete jello after im done training, and it doesnt go away until 4-5 days later.

does anyone else get this?

your legs are weak and not used to air combos yet. they are exhausted. Keep practicing regularly. Doing kick-ups for a long time will help your muscles recover or improve. that's what I did. I would get easily tired after 30 min of air combos and can't continue for a week or something. Hard practice will help you a lot.

lol iono if ur trying to make a joke haha but for me thats true. Everytime im lazy and just go to fs cuz i "have" to, i do horrible and feel exhausted. whenever i am kinda filled with energy after watching a good fs video, for example, i can last a lot longer. After fsing though, if u feel very tired thats cuz ur legs are weak.

I guess working out could help but actually freestyling is obviously going to build up the right muscles and therefore, will be more effective
