thats a very general question. It would take maybe a 2 page post to give advice on all those things.
Also i think luki and olly b's fast flow comes with a lot of practice. Naturally when u begin doing any trick u start off slowly.
and the best place to start.....well....just to try a trick obviously. Then u can ask more specific questions about it and maybe upload attempts and let ppl tell u what u doing wrong. :great:

You start with simple things. Keeping the ball on the head, neck.
 You learn from two sides.

Do you mean like lying on the floor and doing uppers?
Why do you want to learn that? :017:

because it looks hardcore!  I saw a vid of olly doing laying sidehead-sidehead and i was like "By golly! That's amazing!"
But I can't get the positions down for it...  :017:
I'll ask olly over the facebook, but if you could help that would be just as great!

Ahh k, fair enough.
Na, I have no experience with it. But It would probably be best to start with eye stalls since they need the least movement.
