Judges decide the best two videos from each group to advance to the knockout stage (top 8 - quarterfinals)

7th November 2010

Beyondfootball.com/forum must be shown at the beginning or end

1 minute 25 seconds minimum
1 minute 40 seconds maximum

coz for three practice days in a row my leg wouldn't warm up for lowers (almost 2 hours each)... and my uppers sucked... that's why i just gave up and did those sits today.
just a few hours ago I recorded that last trick. I had to or else the video should just be called "short sit down training part 2"...

No need to make the videos in order, just choose your top 2 in each group. there is a site I can use that allows me to randomize the battles.
