i had mastered amatw. but every time i try it now my left foot doesn't come over the ball for the co movement part help please

make sure it is in a good position before you jump
not behind you htw leg
you haven't mastered it if you couldn't do it
i had, but then i tried to get co-matw nt i spent like 3 training sessions trying to get it and it stuffed up my amatw. tomorrow i will try your tip i hope it will work

remember positioning of crossover leg
i tried it a few times today and my left foot came over and did the co part more often than before
