Should you continue freestyling after an injury? like changing to the non injury leg for the time being and making practice lighter.
-
That's prolly okay imo, so long as your injured leg isn't stressed.
-
it's possible as long as you don't do ANYTHING with the injury... it kicks back recovery all the time and may even make it worse...
it's hard to to tricks that don't make tension in other foot too...
-
work back into things slowly then just progress gradually until u have no pain anymore :great:
-
Dont Fs with an injury!
it can turn nothing into a big problem!
when the injury feels better make sure u warm up properly and dont go all out, just take it easy!
-
do NOT ever freestyle with an injury, its ok to train the other foot as long as it doesnt put stress on the other leg, i made the mistake of fsing through injuries and i cant train lowers/sits until feb. of next year
warm up and stretching is must, if you ever feel any stress on injured leg, stop training
-
focusing on upper if it's an injured leg? would that be ok?
-
Yes, practing uppers is a good thing to do when you're having an injured leg, just be careful when balancing though it might upset your injured leg.
