Title: coming off injury

i recently did a strong amatw today for the 1st time since about 2 or maybe year and half ago
and was just wondering how would i know if my knee is ready to get back to amatw nts????

is it advised i should take it slow???? or just go all out on it???

and did any of you guys have an injury that lasted a long time but could still do fs?????

go slow man....build the strength in your nerves up and let then stretch! :)
Yes ive had way to many injuries - broken leg and ankle in 5 places ( metal plate and 9 screws ) , broken both wrists, all fingers except one, broken arm and shoulder in 5 places ( metal plate and 9 screws ) - more recently ive damaged my intercostal muscles! :) :) :) On the plus side im feeling great now!!! even tho my body is now probs like 30 years of age in equilavent! :)

Jammy take it easy man! warm um 100% fully before starting to strain the injury

You have to warm up and stretch;)

and i would stretch After freestyling, too

yh been doing that its good :)
and just take it easy the months will go quick if u find something to replace it like i did lol call of duty mw2 is recommended trust me its addicvtive @matty g
