Mostly I was curious cause I kind of wanted to compare with how long time it would've taken with vegas because you can do simmilar effects just that it'd be in a video :p
and yeah it took longer for the picture than it would take to do in a video

I had to change the whole font because I didn't know what the original font was, and the 8 looked awkward so I changed it all. ;)

Nah, I got it from a local store. If I were to buy it online I'd use AllPosters.com, there packaging was so good when I bought from them earlier, and it's great quality, but I only have $3 in my paypal cause I spent $60 on referrals. :(

tension point. as in, move the tree into the middle slightly, or have it go cropping off the screen. it's just barely there, almost touching the edge. creates an uneasy tension point that distracts the viewers. you could also just simply use the eraser or lasso tool or whatever and cut that little branch off so there is no tension point and u dun have to move the tree.

Yes, my text is horrible, so I read in onto some tutorials and just made that. Trying to learn different blending effects and whatnot. The icon was also a tutorial. I want to get really advanced in my icons, something like this:

I use CS3, but the main differences are things like video support, 3d model support, another selection tool, so really its not worth the bother but you might as well if you have the time.
