I don't like his style; some tricks aren't clean, just nothing special here, he should train a bit more ;)

It's KTH aka Kim Tae Hee, a freestyler who has done a lot of stuff with JK a while back.
But ya, in this video, much of the crossover wasn't around the ball, which is a shame as I know he can do much better.

is this a joke? the video description says

freestyle football KTH sit down move

and the other videos on his channel say Kim Tae Hee which is supposably what KTH stands for, plus he looks nothing like JK and isn't nearly as good.
