Piterff Internet Freestyle League 2 (PIFL 2) is international on-line freestyle football competition in which any interested person without any restrictions can take part. For participation it is necessary to registrate in this topic.

Semi-final and the final - Moscow.
Each stage lasts 14 days during which you should film video and load it on portal Sportbox.ru (As, I guess, noone of you knows russian, you can pm me with link to your video, and I will upload it to there). If you had not time to film video for this term or have ignored requirements to video you can't take part in competition.
All videos filmed SPECIALLY for PIFL 2, corresponding to requirements to a file are accepted.
Requirements to video:
Qualification: duration - min: 1min.15sec.* max: 1min. 30sec.*
Group stage: duration - min: 1min. 45ses.* max: 2min.*
1/8: duration - min: 2min. 15sec.* max: 2min.30ses.*
1/4 : duration - min: 2min.45sec.* max: 3min.*
Forbidden: self-advertisement (references, names of sites, etc.), advertising of the third parties.
Poor quality videos (removed on the mobile phone chamber, etc.) will not be accepted.
*Duration it is specified WITHOUT the intro (Intro will be inserted automatically after uploading).
The decision on a selection and group stage is accepted by 'expert group' of tournament which eliminates frankly weak participants. Judges look through ALL videos and takes out one common decision there passes the participant further or for the present early to participate in competition of such level and it is necessary to be trained still.
The group stage: 8 groups with 4 participants in each will be generated, only two persons can go through the group stage.

Prizes as encouragement of participation in tournament – 10 T-shirts with logo SUPRA.
To the most passionate freestyle prize from magazine Total Football.
Nomination "Maximum freestyler" - a prize from Radio MAXIMUM.
Prize "tournament Opening" from PiterFF - a ball for freestyle Monta Shinji Matchball
(Prizes are not like on football champonships, but, I think, they're not bad).
Besides the main prizes there will be also a prize of spectator liking which will be defined by the user voting at forum Sportbox.ru.

1/8 Endings - 5.10.09 - 18.10.09
1/4 Endings - 19.10.09 - 1.11.09

yeah, I must agree, but we don't decide anything in ths aspect
We don't have any rich company which could organizate it, and I think the prizes aren't the most necessary in comps:down:

Hmm, i'm not sure if i would participate
In case you get to the semi-finals, you probably have to pay your own travel, hotel 'n stuff ?
If so, I'm more likely demotivated to get to the semifinals than motivated ^^
