Depending upon how the match-ups work themselves out, I can see you all qualifying for the WC.

MLS is going to help you like a mother fucker.

maybe...but but you have no idea how shit our national program is. As well, we have 1 mls club whose main goal apart from winning is not to develop canadian players but to promote soccer in Canada

I know.

The MLS requires a certain number of players to be the nationality of the home nation of the club.  The MLS is looking to expand even further into Canada.

Also, the youth programs of the Whitecaps are showing very well internationally.  The talent is there.  It's just a matter of fusing the gap between the youth international and the full international levels.

That will get better in time.  The US still does not do well with this.  That will get better as a few more top flight professional clubs are founded or formed in Canada.

Remember, as recently as 1994 the US was fielding amateur sides in the World Cup.

Adu's first free kick goal should've been saved. He did well with the second one though.

How's he doing in Portugal now by the way?

Sacha Kljestan "put" the first ball in.

Adu is in a late sub/starter in "unimportant" games role.  He looks like he is coming along pretty well.

For the World Cup, you should see a pretty tough group at the third stage too (assuming none of the minnows pull an upset).

Honduras, Canada, Mexico, Jamaica

This is why we lost this game:

Statistical Summary:
USA / HON
Shots: 23/9
Shots on Goal: 6/3
Saves: 2/5
Corner Kicks: 9/4
Fouls: 34/17
Offside: 0/4
Score: 0-1

We shit ourselves in front of goal.

Bryan, "your" people hardly ever come through.  Thankfully, you have the honor of claiming us as well.

Yeah statistics, only goals count in this creul world of soccer :hello: don't try to take away this victory from Honduras or me. It's rare Honduras wins anything  :bang:. Actually, we beat Columbia yesterday too

Honduras is on the rise!  :booty:

That wasn't directed towards you.  I wasn't trying to make excuses.  That would not have been the first place I would've gone.

We were not "not creative."

I just realized I used too many smileys in my last post..

I know, I don't care, I know USA is better but Honduras winning stuff is rare. It means a lot. We will qualify for the next world cup, we are on the rise

Canada doesn't win shit. Honduras has actually qualified for a World Cup already, thank you  Canada had to settle for a third place game while Honduras was busy winning the whole thing.
