Title: Injury problem

Hey
i have a question
i have a lot of injurie's the last time,

now it is my knee
then it is my hip
then my ankle
it is soooo annoying! :angry:
but is it just because i make wrong moves or something, or is it because im growing up or something??

somebody has an idea?

uhm
with my knee (atm) , i have a bad pain about 20 minutes of freestyle.. when i stretch it, the pain is soo worse man
and with my ankle, it just hurts about some hours of freestyle.. just when i land a tatw or something..

with the knee you might have ossgudschlatter problem...
I had the same basicaly when I was growing... you may will notice that you have like a little "egg" in your knee, maybe now or later it depends.... but if its that its the fucking worse thing, I had it for 2 and 1/2 years more or less, you loose alot of muscle mass in that leg because inconsciously you will use less the injured knee, somtimes u dont feel pain, but when u do physical activity you will start to feel it, and when u strech it while it hurts its even worse, It fucking hurts......its very common so dont worry about that....
anyways that is just my theory, I havent seen your knee so I cant see what u have with prescicion... so my best advice now is join a doctor

ok dude... has been a pleasure to help u...
go to a doctor and ask him for medication for while u do physical activity.... there are like some bands that help to not force the knee that much and in consequence of that u will feel less pain... stretch you cuadriceps as much as u can, but do it when u dont feel pain, if not u would better like having sex a nigger with a 30 cm penis... It hurts as fuck...
so good luck, and be pacient, u will have to handle with it until u have 15-17 years old depending on how early u grow...

I have this problem, it hurts pretty bad also when I freestyle thats why I have to wear a crappy brace or something, thanks for clear some things up for me!

osgood is very common with 13-15 year olds. if it hurts, DONT continue. i did and i broke the knee ligament that connex the knee to the upper shin[?]
but i did it with football, maybe if u just do atw's, htw's etc without bending or fast movements, u mite not break the ligament. just take it easy ;)

I think you should stretch before every training session you do, and before any exercise your doing. It seems your very injury prone, and its probably because you havent been stretching enough.

nah...ossgudschlatter doesent come from not stretching... it comes from growing...as lis said its common in guys between 13-15 years old. Usually u have this shit when you make sports with alot of knee impact + growing.
