Yeah I've had that a couple of times, but it always goes away if i stop freestyling for a week or so.

It's most likely Osgood Slaters. If you have a little bump right under your knee cap then it is definitely slaters. I had it two years ago during my soccer season, but then I got a knee band and the pain went away. I would advise you to get a knee band, but before that you should talk to a doctor.

I thought of the same. If you have Slatters, you better worry. It's the worst damage I've ever had.

you practice aircombos, get used to it ;)

i had the same pain many times. It always goes away after a wile.
but it doesnt mean you have the same. so i wont give any advice really...

the knee is verry bad to mess up. a broken bone is much easier to fix... a knee injurie can stay with you for life...

It could just be fluid in your knee, I always have it every now and again, but only lightly, best advice is just to rest Thomas.

TBH man, Dont have a clue what it could be, But i can assure you it isnt growing pains.

I really hope it's just a minor thing and not Osgoods Slatters. I had it around the age of 12-13.

It put me out of sports for a good 5 months.

Had you taken a week or two off from freestyle in the recent past?

Because I have had similar pain under my knee two times:

Once after getting injured and soccer and not exercising much for over two months, then once I healed up and started working out again, the first two to three weeks I would get some mild - sharp pain under my knee after working out for a few minutes or freestyling

Then, I recently took two weeks off of freestyle when I went on vacation (and a break from running as well) and when I came back and started trying consequetive atws, after a few hours I felt that same pain, but not very severe.

For me in both cases the pain just stopped coming after I got back into exercising for a while, making sure to warm up slow with some light jogging and stretching.

If you have what I had then I don't think its Osgood Slatters

It depends, how bad is that slatter thingy... I had to be off sports for 3 weeks.
